Cholesterol results....


They are in and I'm NOT going to die... well not yet anyway! lol

I just need to exercise and eat properly!

Cholesterol........232 HIGH

Tri.......134 ok

HDL......56 ok

LDL.......149 HIGH


Anyone have any SIMPLE ideas for meals I can eat please let me know....

OATMEAL!!! That is supposed to reduce cholesterol by a ton! I eat it every morning...
